Love the GV70… but It's got some quirks

I got my '22 GV70 last year, and it's been fantastic until recently. After hitting about 35K miles, some strange electrical issues started popping up. I've noticed random lights turning on, the dashboard flickering, and even had the entire display go dark while I was driving on the highway.

The dealer has attempted a few fixes, but so far, no success. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues with their GV70 or if mine is just acting up. I still love the car, I just wish it would stop misbehaving.

The glitch makes me think there could be a grounding or CAN bus issue affecting multiple systems. Have they scanned for body control module errors or checked the voltage output on the alternator when those symptoms happen? @hiwayhawk070

What you're describing random lights, flickering dash, full display blackout, feels like it could be a grounding issue or maybe a problem with a faulty BCM, these kinds of intermittent electrical gremlins can be hard to track down, but they're not unheard of

my mom's car had the same problem. Has the dealer checked the main battery terminals and ground points (including under the car/hood) for corrosion or looseness? Sometimes the simplest things cause the weirdest problems
