Stock GV70 rims showing early wear anyone else?

I got a certified pre-owned 2021 GV70 a few months back, and while I've been really happy with the car overall, I've started to notice some strange wear on the rims. It's not curb rash or anything like that, just some small spots and a bit of clear coat peeling, mostly around the edges

Is anyone else with a 2021 experiencing this on their factory wheels? I'm wondering if this is a common issue or if it's just mine

I haven't seen this issue on my GV70's factory wheels. I've read that some strong wheel cleaners can cause the finish to peel over time. Since your car is CPO, the dealership should be your 1st stop to ask about a warranty claim.

It's not unusual to see the clear coat peeling on GV70 rims. This can happen because of brake dust, road salt, or some light corrosion beneath the surface. It might be a good idea to ask your dealer if this issue is covered by warranty.
