Genesis sucks

So I recently got my 2024 GV70 and the service has been a letdown. For one, the delivery was delayed. This Genesis connected services is not working, the dealer and support kept pointing fingers, I was just there for a simple tire issue. I mean, come on! No one followed through on the pickup and delivery service, they just told to me have it towed.

I got myself a luxury car but the support is way far from being luxurious.

That's a truly maddening introduction to the brand and your experience with inconsistent service is unfortunately a known weak link in the chain for an otherwise great car. I learned with my own vehicle that you have to be the squeaky wheel to get the grease sometimes a direct call to the regional Genesis brand manager is required to get results. Is there another authorized Genesis dealer anywhere near you that you could try working with instead?

That's a fair point. The GV70 looks impressive on paper, but the subpar service and malfunctioning connectivity features really diminish the overall experience.
